I am the General Manager, Human Resources within the Department of Environment and Resource Management and I have worked with Ms Norma Hiles since March 2009. Norma was employed as a Human Resource Advisor and provided administrative support to senior staff in the Human Resources Branch and has worked in a variety of positions with differing levels of responsibility during that time.
